Our Story
Nathan Pitts founded Shore Farms Organics (SFO) in 2007 with the sole intent of providing all organic grown produce for the Winston-Salem & Yadkin Valley region. He dedicated ten years to working for a large retailer in the home and garden division to further his knowledge base and exposure. Nathan has married his passion and extensive industry experience in order to specialize in all organic produce for consumers and organizations that value earth friendly produce and plants.
SFO is a family farm that has recently transitioned into growing all organic produce and plants. Located in Yadkinville, SFO's mission is to provide a wide variety of local, seasonal and select specialty organic produce for individuals, families and commercial accounts. We take pride in delivering high quality and diverse, high quality produce selection. In addition to organic produce, SFO grows a wide variety or cooking herbs and flowering perennials. Our goal is to satisfy all of our customers organic produce and plant needs.
You can find us at the Cobblestone Farmers Market & City Beverage Farmers Market in Winston-Salem on Saturdays and of course you can always come to the farm.
